Unexpected file format error

Please assist Thank you very much! I tried: renaming skp and skb files; changing file location to local drive; opening it o different computers; opening it via sketchup online; rebooting computer; freeing up space on the computer. Nothing worked. I would be grateful for any help. It was entirely made in sketchup pro Unexpected file format- HELP!

Something like a newline somewhere in a string in your file and snowflake isn't recognizing it as part of the string due to inconsistent formats between your file and what snowflake is expecting. VE Projects are forwards compatible only. This message can also appear if a project has been corrupted. If the project is corrupt then you may still be able to recover from a backup.
