I found the Sims 2 Bon voyage folder where I tried to start to play it, but when I try it, it says that the something went wrong in the installation, re-installate the game. When I try to Un-install the game, it does nothing. I tried to manually just move or trash the game folder, it says that some other program is using it Origin weren't on.

What I can do to play this Expansion pack I bought or is there any way I can get my money back cause the game doesnt work.
