When you download the installer from the website, you receive the files that the installer needs in order to run on your selected platform, not the product files. The installer downloads the products that it needs from MathWorks during installation. For this to work, the license server must be connected to the Internet. If you are installing the license manager on the same machine where you downloaded the installer, and you have an internet connection, go to Step 3: Run Installer.

If you are installing on an offline machine, download the product files using the procedure described in Download Products Without Installing.
